Consent to the processing of personal data

I consent to the processing by Minami LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") of my personal data provided by me when using the Operator's websites and services, including the websites www.minamigroup.ru, as well as when placing and tracking orders.

The composition of personal data for which consent is given (depending on what data I provide and what is necessary for the provision of services):

• surname, first name, patronymic;

• telephone number;

• email address;

• delivery/receipt address (country, city, street, house, apartment, postcode);

• passport details/identity document details (where necessary for the provision of delivery services, dispatch of shipments, completion of customs formalities, identification of the recipient);

• information about orders and shipments (name of goods, cost/invoice, tracking number, delivery status, support requests);

• other information provided by me in the feedback form/personal account, necessary for the performance of the contract and the provision of services.

1. The Operator processes personal data in order to provide users with access to the Operator's services for intermediation in the purchase of goods and/or organisation of delivery (transportation) of goods, as well as for the performance of contracts (offers) with users, processing of requests and ensuring the operation of the personal account.

2. By clicking the "Send" / "Register" / "Place order" button (or other similar button on the website) or otherwise confirming my consent (for example, by ticking the checkbox), I consent to the processing of my personal data under these terms and conditions.

3. I consent to the Operator transferring (providing access to) my personal data to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, including, but not limited to:

• carriers, courier and logistics companies, delivery points — for the delivery and issuance of shipments;

• payment providers/banks — for accepting payments and refunds;

• the Operator's partners and contractors (including IT providers, support services, hosting) — to ensure the service is up and running;

• authorised state bodies — if required by applicable law.

4. My consent is specific, relevant, informed, conscious and unambiguous.

5. The Operator processes personal data in the following ways: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision of access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. The Operator processes personal data using automation tools (automated processing) and may also carry out non-automated processing if necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

7. The Operator processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy/Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Operator's website.

8. Consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn, the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or the need to achieve these purposes ceases to exist, as well as within the storage periods established by applicable law.

I have the right to withdraw my consent by sending a statement to the Operator in the form of an electronic document to the email address: info@minamigroup.ru , support@minamigroup.ru or by sending a written statement to the Operator's address: Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, Vazgen I Vepar Street, 10.

10. I hereby certify to the Operator that:

• when providing personal data of a minor in the forms on the website, I am his/her legal representative and act in his/her interests;

• when providing the personal data of other persons (e.g., the recipient of a shipment), I have obtained the necessary consent of such persons to transfer their personal data to the Operator and to process it under the terms of this agreement.
